VCC provides resources to help agents advise prospective international students with accurate information.

Training and Support

VCC-approved agents are expected to provide accurate information when advising international students. To support agents, VCC provides agent training and update sessions on a regular basis.

To arrange a virtual training session, please email agents@vcc.ca with the following information.

Agent names
Number of staff
Date and time availability and preference
Nationalities of students
Specific topic requirements, if not general

Agents may also connect with VCC's overseas teams if applicable.
