As an exciting and essential part of ballet training requiring strength and functional body alignment, students explore the principles of classical pointe work with emphasis on technique and strength-building. Particular attention is brought to the articulation and refinement of classical line, balance and physical control. Students progress through the course with preparation for classical variations. Prerequisite: Pointe Work 2
