Post a Job: Recruiting for a part-time or full-time job? Post your role on VCC Works, our free job posting portal, to reach current students and recent graduates.

VCC Works is easy to use and also includes information about upcoming events for employers, such as career fairs and info sessions.

Host a Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Student: Bring a VCC student onboard your organization for a work-integrated learning placement, practicum, or work experience. This is a great way to get to know a potential new employee while adding some extra capacity to your day-to-day operations. Look through the VCC programs that include a student WIL placement to find ways to add talent to your current workplace, and contribute to the development of your industries workforce.
