Convenient evening and Saturday courses.  The one-night a week courses that are eight to ten weeks in duration and the one-day Saturday classes can be taken in any order and as few or as many at a time, allowing you to study at your own pace.

People that are new to the role of leader will benefit from becoming skilled at communication, conflict resolution, and delegation. They should have a strong sense of integrity, and gratitude and empathy for those around them. 
Graduates often work as managers and supervisors in a range of fields from healthcare and retail to hospitality and trades.
The Business and Leadership area consists of five certificates:  Business Leadership and Management, Leadership, Leadership Coaching, Leadership Coaching Associate, and Management Skills for Supervisors.  The number of required courses for each certificate vary from three to thirteen.  The program is part-time with various courses offered throughout three terms between September and June.  Classes can be taken in any order and, depending on the course, they are offered on Saturdays and weekday evenings.
