Students enrolling in the programs should like hands on and active work, customer service, communications, lending a hand, attention to detail, critical thinking, and coordination. 

Our graduates work in a variety of capacities including cleaning, maintenance, tenant support, and property manager support.

Our graduates often find work at office and apartment building management companies, condominiums, school boards, municipal park and recreation departments, hospitals, shopping malls and other establishments. Also, as learning entrepreneurial skills is part of the program, some are self-employed.

In the Building Service Worker course, students engage in a comprehensive two-week practicum. This is a good opportunity to gain industry experience.
