In the Registrar's Office, the Student Records team is here to help you with your VCC transcript, transfer credits or prior learning assessments, enrolment letters, grades, and graduation. You are welcome to get in touch with us if you have any questions.
Students Services Closure Notice
The following services would be closed all day on Thursday, November 28, 2024, for the VCC Convocation ceremonies:
- Admissions and Registration
- Financial Aid
- Student Accounts
- Student Records
The services would be closed on both Broadway and Downtown campuses, including phones and conters.
Other administrative areas at both campuses may also be closed, so we advise all students to call ahead before coming to campus to verify office hours.
