Medical transcriptionist Info session
Start studying medical transcription in September and be ready to work by May.
Work independently in the high-demand field of medical transcription. This hands-on program, the only one of its kind in B.C., will give you the skills for interpreting and documenting complex medical reports. After placement, graduates can work from home, in a hospital, or medical office setting.
Program Hours: The Medical Transcriptionist Program runs Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., except during the practicum when students work Monday through Friday for the hours assigned by the practicum host.
Join us for an online information session by signing up below. The session includes a program presentation, Q&A session, and information on how to obtain a free keyboarding assessment.
