John Aisenstat Memorial Scholarship Event

Join us in honoring John Aisenstat, whose lifelong passion for the hospitality industry is commemorated through the John Aisenstat Memorial Scholarship. In partnership with Vancouver Community College, this scholarship supports aspiring students in culinary and hospitality arts.

This is a special year for Hy’s as they celebrate their 70th anniversary. Step back in time to 1955 at this anniversary fundraiser. Sip on classic cocktails and savour delicious Hy’s hors d’oeuvres inspired by the era. Reconnect with old friends, make new ones, and celebrate this milestone while supporting the future of the hospitality industry.

All proceeds from the evening will directly support the endowment for the John Aisenstat Memorial Scholarship at Vancouver Community College.

Tickets are $100 and include a $50 tax receipt.
