Can't log in to myVCC or Moodle?

Your password may have expired. Reset your password here.

Please remember that VCC student accounts follow this format: studentID@student.vcc.ca (e.g. 000123456@student.vcc.ca)

Students are required to change their password every 90 days to meet VCC’s security requirements.

When resetting your password, you may be asked to provide answers to security questions.

VCC requires the following elements in passwords:

  • Password length of minimum 10 characters 
  • Must contain upper- and lowercase letters
  • Must include at least one number
  • Must include a special character (e.g. ! # $ % …) 
  • Must not contain account holder's first or last name 
  • Must not be one of the passwords previously used
