Description
This course introduces students to electrical terminology, concepts, circuit calculations and magnetic theory to be able to test, service and repair electrical systems associated with heavy mechanical trades.

Course Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Describe the theory of starting systems, and demonstrate correct protocols for inspection and service of starting systems.
- Describe the theory of charging systems, and demonstrate correct protocols for inspection and service of charging systems.
- Service and repair electrical circuits, wiring and connectors.
