Revit Level 2 (CMPT 1256)

In this course, you will be introduced to advanced tools and techniques in Revit Architecture. Revit is a popular BIM (Building Information Modeling) application in the architectural industry. Students gain an understanding on topics, such as customizing stairs and railings, creating walls based on #D forms (mass), creating parametric family types, modeling sites, and rendering techniques. Students will be able to apply the acquired skills to complete a small commercial project.

 

Prerequisite:  Revit Level 1, or equivalent.

 

This course has been approved for Core learning units as part of the Architectural Institute of British Columbia (AIBC)Recognizied Educational Provider program.
