Practicum (MEDC 1260)

The course provides opportunities for students to demonstrate and master skills learned in the classroom in the practicum setting.

Prerequisites: Medical Administrative Procedures (MEDC 1100), Medical Terminology for MOA 1 (MEDC 1135), Medical Speed and Accuracy 1 (MEDC 1121), Medical Terminology for MOA 2 (MEDC 1136), Human Relation Skills (MEDC 1132), E-Communications Management (MEDC 1140), Medical Speed and Accuracy 2 (MEDC 1131), Medical Documentation (MEDC 1250), Medical Transcription for MOA (MEDC 1200), Medical Billing (MEDC 1210), and Clinical Procedures (MEDC 1259)
