Practicum 1 (FSCR 0606)

This first practicum provides an opportunity for the student to work in the food service industry as a dishwasher/bus person and/or in basic food prep. This three-week practicum helps the student and program staff assesses the student's aptitudes and abilities, speed and stamina, and other generic work habits and social skills.
