Estate Administration (LEGL 1316)

Explains processes and documents for probate and administration applications, types of grants, asset gathering and distribution, taxes, and resealing. Students learn to administer a fictional estate. Prerequisites: Wills and Estate Planning (LEGL 1315). Please note that a textbook may be required for this course.
