Customer Service Essentials (SAMS 0200)

This course introduces students to proven strategies fro increasing customer satisfaction, building customer loyalty and increasing repeat business. Students participate in role plays and hands on activities using Samsung Service Guidelines for Legendary Customer Service to transfer learned skills and behaviours to authentic workplace scenarios. (25 hours)
