Word Processing (VIIT 1003)
This course teaches basic word processing to blind and visually-impaired students using MS Word with the Jaws for Windows screen reading or Zoomtext magnification software. Students work independently in a computer lab equipped with the adaptive software they need to access Microsoft Word features. Lessons include practical and review exercises designed to develop word processing skills.
This course is part of the Applied Technology for Visually Impaired, Office Administration for the Visually Impaired Programs.
