In Leading Change in Organizations, learners explore organizations as open systems. Learners will be exposed to four dominant metaphors of organizations, transactional and transformational leadership styles, and transformational practices and implications for leading change. Learners will examine systems thinking and change leadership tools to enable them to effect change.
