Working with United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3, this course is focused on promoting well- being for all. A Mindful Approach to Well-Being is an inquiry-based course that invites students to apply principles of mindfulness to personal, professional and community contexts. The course offers experiential learning opportunities to practice mindfulness techniques that will help develop capacity to navigate life with kindness, empathy and compassion for ourselves and others.
