Wine Sommelier Diploma Program (WSOM 1301)
Students learn how to evaluate, critique, decant, serve and store a wine. Industry experts lead the lectures. The curriculum includes viticulture, vinification, tasting techniques, cellaring, investment strategy, menu design, and regional analysis of wines, spirits, and ales.
Upon successful completion of the Sommelier Diploma Program, graduates will have a diploma that designates them as a leader in the wine industry. To successfully complete the diploma students must attain no less than 70% in each of six components, including essays.
