An overview of the knowledge and skills of vocational counselling, especially related to clients who face barriers. Explores career counselling theories, practical skills, resources, and strategies to help clients reach career goals. Content includes career counselling interview techniques, non-standardized skill assessment, vocational interests, skills, values, job placement strategies, and using labour market information.
