Learn the skill of cooking with sugar, sugar casting and sugar pulling, from one of Vancouver's top pastry chefs.. Make special occasion cake toppers from casting sugar, pulled sugar flowers and a pulled sugar basket with flowers. Tuition fee includes GST, cost of supplies and ingredients. (15 hours)
