Physics 2 (PHYS 1200)

This course is the second half of a standard 1st year calculus-based physics course (PHYS 1100 is the first half). The course covers electricity and magnetism, geometric optics, physical optics and quantum physics (including radioactivity). In the laboratory, students will continue to develop measurement, analysis and lab report and writing skills.

Prerequisite:  Physics 1 PHYS 1100

Co-requisite:  Calculus 2 MATH 1200
