Pharmacy Communications 2 (PHAR 1245)

This course continues the study of interpersonal and communication skills required to work effectively in a pharmacy setting. Conflict resolution, problem solving and issues pertaining to harassment and discrimination are discussed. Other topics include medication histories, employment preparation strategies and on-going professional development.
