Nursing Clinical Practice 4 (NURS 2264)

This course uses the nursing process to teach students the application of nursing knowledge with new mothers, infants and children. Organizational skills, creating a quality practice environment and basic assessment skills as related to development of newborn, infant and child are practiced. Therapeutic communication and culturally relevant care are underlying themes.
