Math for Trades - Level 2 (MATH 0855)

Math for Trades - Level 2 is a course designed for students seeking entry into those trades which require math skills beyond Grade 10, as well as some familiarity with physics. Depending upon the trade, this course may be sufficient for entry into a trade-specific training, or it may be used as background to help students be more successful in upgrading their math and physics skills to the required level. The course includes algebra and trigonometry, with practical applications for both topics. It also covers the topics of Work, Energy, and Power as used in physics.
