Family Law (OADM 1453)

Students study family law agreements and arrangements, uncontested divorce proceedings, joint divorce proceedings, contested divorce proceedings and reversion to maiden name. The student prepares documents acceptable for filing with the Divorce Registry of the Supreme Court of BC. Assignments include preparation of legal correspondence as well as vocabulary and machine transcription.
