Clinical Kinesiology (OPTA 1101)

This course introduces students to terminology and principles used to describe human movement. The application of basic biomechanics assists the student in understanding occupational and physical therapy practices. Joint and muscle structure and function is examined as well as a descriptive analysis of normal posture and gait.
