Nursing Clinical Practice 2 (NURS 1264)
This course uses the nursing process to teach students the application of nursing knowledge with clients in multiple clinical settings. Organizational skills, creating a quality practice environment, basic assessment skills as related to medication administration, and therapeutic communication are underlying themes in Nursing Arts. The clinical component provides the learner an opportunity to integrate theory to practice in caring for the older adult in diverse care settings.
