    Provides scheduling assistance and direct support to the Executive Director.Also provides moderate support to the Director and Organizational & People Development Specialist.

    Responsible for training and development, succession planning, performance management, and attendance and disability management for VCC staff.

    Responsible for development of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

    Provides high-level project support to the Executive Director. Responsible for Administrators (exempt employees), legal services, organizational charts and coordination of the selection process for Leadership recruiting. Also VCC's Information & Privacy Officer.
